Troubleshooting Student Window Issues


If there is repeatedly an issue or lagging response time with the Student Window, consider sharing slides via the Follow Feature instead, which has faster loading times due to less required bandwith.

If the Student Window is going blank or not updating for students when you click through slides, the issue is usually caused by interactions between your browser or internet connection with the Sonday System program.
If you choose to use the Student Window, try the following:
  1. Clear the cookies and cache in your web browser. 
  2. Check that your wi-fi signal is strong enough to support all of the applications. 
  3. Try a using a different browser.
  4. Talk to your IT representative and see if there's any software on your computer, such as anti-virus or pop-up blocking software, that would prevent the Student Window from updating.
